We had the opportunity to set up and stage this 2 bedroom apartment in Ipswich Marina. The main focus was on staging the entire apartment but we did add a feature wall to the small bedroom to help it pop as well.

We had the pleasure of working on a property that had been functioning as Serviced Accommodation for over 4 years, but needed an update to ensure it continued to perform going forward. Prior to us getting involved it was looking very clinical and lacked that character that would allow it to stand out from the crowd.

After an initial inspection we decided that what was in place was a good foundation to build upon, but it needed to be reorganised better and built upon to help it stand out.
With the Zoo being a big part of the area we decided to make this the focus of the theme throughout With this in mind we decided to focus on décor to help it pop, more staging items to add character and little touches around the property. Below are the results

This apartment had been newly renovated, therefore our role was to transform it into a gueat ready space that they would genuinely enjoy staying in.
A few years back this landlord had asked us to set up two of their apartments in the same building. He returned trusting us to bring our seven years of guest experience into this final apartment to ensure the guest was considered in every detail...
